Our amazing Apprenticeships team is looking for that special someone to join them as a Team Leader. Based in our new Institute of Technology, our Apprenticeships team has an incredible provision of 1000 apprentices across 36 areas, with ambition for even more quality growth. You will provide daily support to 10 Apprenticeship Coordinators and will act as a first point of contact for the team, apprentices, and employers. High standards of communication are a 'must' for this area as you will be collaborating with the Apprenticeships team, Business Development, employers, students, managers, and stakeholders. You will ensure that all programme elements (funding, audit, and OFSTED requirements) are adhered to and targets are met. Site visits and events are an exciting part of this role, so you will need to have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Minimum Requirements: To apply for this role, you will need a suitable Team Leading or Management qualification or be willing to work towards it, knowledge and understanding about government funding, audit, and compliance requirements, and excellent teamwork, organisational, and communication skills.
