Mains House is a 25 bed nursing home.

We’re looking for an individual with a knowledge of National Care Standards and a background in person centred care planning within a care service. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
This role includes the efficient and effective day to day running of the nursing home in the absence of the manager, shift leading, developing exceptional personalised service for every resident and their loved ones, management of all junior staff to develop their range of skills to provide high quality, person-centred care and developing positive working relations with external stakeholders.

Qualifications that you hold will include:
NMC registered nurse or a minimum of SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent (minimum required for registration with SSSC) or the willingness to undertake.
