We are looking for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join the Frontier team, based at Ruddington on a permanent, full-time basis. This role does include travelling and overnight stays on a regular basis as we are a national business covering the whole of the UK.
The successful candidate will help the business to maintain its Quality assurance certification together with ensuring compliance and verification to food and feed safety standards.
This will be performed by managing on site procedures, the supplier approval system process, auditing, training, liaising with consumers on terms and conditions and performance and ensuring the Quality Assurance procedures are maintained.

About You
8. Internal Auditors qualification or relevant experience in food or feed
9. Full Driver’s license
10. Proven experience of working within an auditing role highly desirable
11. HACCP Level 2 high desirable
12. Food/Feed Safety experience
13. Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
14. Excellent administrative and organisational skills
15. Proven attention to detail
16. A natural and engaging communication style, demonstrating a passion and excellence for customer contact, developing trusting relationships both internally and externally
17. Ability to work on own initiative, making decisions, managing own workload and time

Your Role
As a Quality Assurance Auditor your role will involve:
20. Producing a schedule and conducting internal audits and external audits of suppliers
21. Completing audit reports, implementing, monitoring, following up corrective actions and implementing preventative procedures where required
22. Writing/updating and implementing procedures in line with current certification requirements and customer demands
23. Collaboration with stakeholders and being involved in companies’ meetings
24. Maintaining specific HACCPs with review and maintenance
25. Monitoring suppliers based on performance and key criteria
26. Delivering training on food and feed requirements
27. Full use and promoting, encouraging and educating on the use of the QA Frontier database system to the wider business
