ABC Teachers are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with prior experience supporting a pupil of a primary age with SEN in the Aldridge area to start as soon as possible.
The role
This role will include:
* Working one to one with a pupil with Special educational needs in the classroom.
* Starting as a long-term supply staff until the end of the summer term but with the potential for the new academic year to become a permanent member of staff for the right fits.
* Part-time hours from 08:30-12:30.
The school
This will be located at a one-form entry school in the Aldridge area.
Requirements
To be considered for the SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Have had prior experience working effectively with a student with additional needs.
* Have a keen passion for building a strong working relationship with pupils and to provide them the best chance of developing.
* Be able to commit to full-time work.
* Ideally have a teaching assistant qualification; however, with the right experience, this is not compulsory.
* Provide references from your most recent and relevant employment.
* Possess or be willing to obtain an up-to-date DBS check registered with the update service.
