We are seeking a motivated and ambitious person to join our Project Support team. The primary feature of the role of Project Support is administrative support for the Sales and Delivery Teams working on solar and battery projects for industrial Clients. The role requires a confident and multiskilled person who will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, and coordinate support across the business unit. Essential Responsibilities for Project Support Liaising with clients face to face, on teams, over email and phone. Liaising with contractors where needed Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance Attend public consultations where necessary Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails Scheduling appointments for internal and external meetings Keeping track of pipeline and communications with customers using Salesforce Ensuring invoices are raised in line with contractual agreements Create, raise and track purchase orders Option to attend exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company Build and maintain good relationships with partners, clients, suppliers and your team Build on existing client relationships to maximise new business opportunities Organise site welfare facilities, ordering of equipment, working alongside the project manager Compiling tender documents for projects Maintain consistent document control across projects Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly internal training sessions Attending occasional site visits and site meetings Liaising with the construction team over day to day activities, helping track project and ensuring clients are kept informed of progress Booking vehicles and accommodation on an ad hoc basis General administration tasks as and when required Facilitate regular content and updates of company website and social media platforms Assist with the development of social media Key Skills for Project Support Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise own workload Be able to multi-task Hardworking, flexible and reliable with good attention to detail Adaptable and work well under pressure Customer focused with excellent customer service skill and relationship management skills Benefits Generous pension scheme 5% employer contribution Life insurance scheme - 4 x annual salary Employee assistance programme Cycle to work scheme EV salary sacrifice scheme 25 days annual leave and 8 public holidays Onsite parking Full IT provision 2 Volunteering days Bonus scheme related to business performance Push Power is a well-established, rapidly expanding renewable energy company which develops, designs, constructs and maintains renewable energy solutions for commercial and private clients looking to maximise their energy savings and achieve carbon targets.
