As a toob IT Support Analyst, you’ll work closely with our IT team to manage and support toob’s end-user computing environment, from network administration to IT inductions. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a direct impact on how we deliver IT services across the organisation. NB - Please be advised we are recruiting now for a January 6th 2025 start date Provide End-User Support: Assist and resolve IT issues for employees across the company, both locally and remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to their work Incident Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT incidents, working diligently from identification to full resolution System Administration & Maintenance: Maintain and administer key components, including networks, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices Business Applications Expertise: Work with a range of business tools such as Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Endpoint/Intune Network Troubleshooting: Utilise your knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DHCP, and DNS technologies to keep our network running smoothly IT Equipment Setup & Configuration: Take ownership of setting up and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices to meet company standards Security Focus: Help protect toob’s data and assets, applying your understanding of ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials in daily IT activities Asset & Ticket Management: Manage IT assets and ensure smooth ticket handling for incidents and service requests. What you'll bring to the role: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues across all organisational levels A minimum of 3 years of IT experience in a comparable role Solid working knowledge of networking, end-user computing technologies, and office equipment Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting and problem-solving Proficient in Active Directory User & Computer Management Experienced in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Management Reliable time management and punctuality A proactive mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations Willing to work 1 week in 4 after hours on call after training period Keen attention to detail and accuracy in task execution Capable of working independently in a remote environment, with self-motivation and initiative Have the right to work in the UK without restrictions Live within a commutable distance to work 5 days a weeks from our Thornaby office Required Technical/Professional Qualifications: Proven track record with UniFi networking solutions In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the Office Suite Competence in Active Directory User & Computer Management Expertise in Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Management Practical experience in a professional environment adhering to ISO 27001 standards. toob Benefits: A positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment Annual leave - 25 days Annual Bonus Group Pension Group Critical Illness Private Medical Scheme Development opportunities.
