About the role
At DUAL, we are currently undertaking a global rebrand that will involve developing and implementing a new visual identity for the business. This project will also involve reviewing and migrating some of our current sub-brands across the business, making it a busy but exciting project to be part of.
In this role, you will be writing and editing website content ensuring our distinct brand voice comes to life. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your key stakeholder relationships will be with a range of marketing, business, and insurance professionals who need your help to create genuinely engaging content.
This role is semi-remote, with the expectation to attend the office regularly.
Key responsibilities
1. Write content for our consumer websites according to house style guide and Tone of Voice.
2. Revise and edit content before publication.
3. Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the global delivery of content (US, Australia, New Zealand, UK).
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including content writers, designers, and UX for timely delivery of content.
5. Ensure digital content is fully optimised for SEO & UX best practices.
6. Build out content and new pages in our CMS.
7. Provide feedback on others’ writing in a compassionate, constructive manner.
8. Ensure all content published is factually correct and approved by all parties (stakeholders, legal, and compliance teams).
9. Manage diary and time effectively.
10. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
11. Exhibit exceptional written communication skills.
12. Maintain impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
13. Be an articulate, clear communicator, comfortable expressing ideas.
14. Show strong creative writing skills – please provide examples.
15. Be able to give (and receive) constructive feedback.
16. Have on-page SEO knowledge and understanding of social best practices.
17. Possess experience with a content management system.
18. Manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
19. Be efficient and highly organised.
20. Have experience with GA4 analytics, SEMrush, MoZ.
21. Have a minimum of 2 years of digital content experience.
22. Hold a degree or diploma in a related discipline.
23. CIM/IDM Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing related subject desirable.
