Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu. Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner. Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly. Ensure section and area of work fully complies with Food Safety Policy in relation to Company guidelines. Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers What do you need to apply?
