Overview We’re looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to streamline our sales operations and support our Solution Sales Specialists. In this role, you’ll manage high-volume pipeline deals, foster seamless collaboration with partners and vendors, and play a key part in driving revenue and ensuring partner success. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales support, account management, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships. Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities · Follow up on specific pipeline deals, ensuring reseller partners have the required support to close opportunities promptly. · Focus on ‘higher volume, lower value’ deals, freeing up Solution Sales Specialists to pursue larger business opportunities. · Collaborate with reseller partners, internal sales teams, and vendors to maintain efficient working relationships and deal progression. · Promote additional services like Distology Studios and monthly campaigns during partner interactions, booking meetings for Solution Sales Specialists where possible. · Achieve and exceed sales and meetings targets for assigned vendors or specialisms. · Use reports and dashboards to forecast pipeline accurately based on engagement and follow-up activity. · Submit and track deal registrations for assigned vendors, ensuring accurate reflection in Salesforce. · Maintain Salesforce pipeline, logging calls, adding detailed engagement notes, and adhering to system standards. · Assist with ad-hoc requests from Solution Sales Specialists, such as distributing collateral and supporting enablement follow-ups. · Provide additional resource coverage for the Sales Support Team during peak demand periods. · Tackle tasks assigned by the Renewals Manager, or Sales Team Leads. · Respond to reseller partner queries about specific deals or products, providing expert advice.
