The team leader’s primary responsibility is to supervise the practice reception team and collaborate with the operations manager, to continuously improve standards across various clinical and administrative activities. Additionally, they will provide support and guidance in the absence of the operations manager. Main duties include: Supervise the practice reception team. Work collaboratively with the broader practice team to meet the diverse needs of our patients. You will confidently demonstrate excellent service, leadership, communication, and project management skills and exhibit safe and professional decision-making, ensuring a high level of care for patients within the practice. About the Candidate To be considered for the position, you should possess the following experience and skills: Strong IT skills and be proficient in using computer-based systems. Experience with SystmOne web is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Well-organised and able to manage work-loads. Excellent communication skills, and be able to interact effectively with internal staff, external agencies, and patients. Additionally, a solid understanding of confidentiality is essential.
