As their newSenior Property Lawyer you will be responsible for your owncaseload of sale and purchase matters to include leasehold newbuild BSA and shared ownershipmatters.
Your newjob
* Run andmanage a suitably sized caseload subject to seasonality andcontinuing review of capacity both individually and across thedepartment with use of anassistant.
* Ensure all activitywithin the team is completed in accordance with strict deadlinesand in line with set KPIs andSLAs.
* Meet all individual targetsand objectives including but not limited to target number ofcompletions per month.
* Attenddedicated training sessions 121s performance reviews and teammeetings.
* Communicate with clientsover the telephone email and in facetofacemeetings.
* Communicate with othersolicitors and professional organisations over the telephone byemail and correspondence.
* Update allpanel members / stakeholders within the business and within thereferral businesses with whom theydeal.
* Deal with and work withinreferrers SLAs and meet their requirements / panelrequirements.
* Utilise the inhousebespoke case management system in accordance with firmprotocols.
* Be a role model for thosearound you in both file management actions andbehaviour.
* Provide the highest levelof customer service to clients at alltimes.
* Utilise the inhouse bespokecase management system in accordance with firmprotocols.
* Carry out such otherfunctions or tasks as required from time to time by the SeniorConveyancing Manager or other members of the firm s SeniorManagement Team.
* The role will bebased in the Conveyancing Department however there may be arequirement to work in other areas of the business as the needarises.
Requirements
* Youwill need a minimum of 2 years experience (but all levelsconsidered including more senior) in a prior conveyancing feeearner role
* You will have theconfidence in dealing with leasehold new build and shared ownershipsale and purchases.
* Excellent timemanagement and organisational skills with a proven track record inmeeting deadlines.
* Have a proventrack record in achieving individual targets and objectives and inmeeting business KPIs and SLAs.
* Ableto work using owninitiative.
* Thrives in fastpacedenvironments and demonstrates a bias for action with an ability tomultitask and pivot while working on varying deadlines &scopes.
* An expert communicator andcollaborator with exceptional client careskills.
* Incredible eye for detailwith the ability to think outside thebox.
* Adopts a modern approach toconveyancing and in particular its process driven proactiveriskbased requirements.
