We are a specialist supplier of membership software and services to a wide range of clients predominantly in the Not-for-profit sector. We specialize in systems for Trade Unions, Professional Institutions, Sporting Bodies, and Charities ranging from 1,000 to 1.5 million members. We are part of a bigger company ClearCourse, which has offices all around the UK and globally. This role will consist of but not be limited to the following duties:
* Dealing with members enquiries and requests
* Handling inbound calls, responding to emails, processing payments and updating member records
* Assisting with incoming post and despatch of member correspondence
* Assisting with a telephone campaign, relating to members renewals
* 25+ calls per hour - creating a personable and engaging experience
* Leaving voicemails for anyone who have not answered
* Updating held contact numbers, addresses, email details and noting of any invalid number (escalating to supervisor)
* Training in our brand new Birmingham office
* Hybrid 3 days per week in office
