This role will drive HR strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence across multiple countries. As a key leader, the Senior HR Manager will manage regional HR teams, support talent acquisition, oversee employee relations, ensure compliance with local laws, and lead HR initiatives that align with the company’s global objectives. Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with corporate goals, adapting to the specific needs of each region (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR plans to support growth and organizational change. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for regional teams. Employee Relations & Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives across regions to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Oversee employee relations issues, ensuring consistency in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing coaching and guidance on conflict resolution and team dynamics. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Develop programs and strategies to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all hiring practices and employee programs. Implement onboarding and development initiatives to support long-term employee retention and growth. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems for EMEA, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Partner with local legal counsel and HR teams to manage employee documentation, contracts, and regulatory compliance requirements. Compensation & Benefits Management: Support regional compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards. Work with the global HR and finance teams to manage employee benefits, reward programs, and performance-based incentives in each region. Learning & Development: Lead initiatives to support employee development and career progression, working closely with the learning and development team. Identify skills gaps and work with managers to create dev elopment plans for employees across the regions. Oversee leadership development and coaching programs to build high-performing teams. Data Analytics & Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and guide decision-making for regional HR strategies. Prepare reports on regional HR activities, trends, and performance metrics for senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as employee engagement, retention, and turnover rates. Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s D egree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. M aster’s degree or HR certificat ions (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including a leadership role with responsibility for multiple international regions, ideally EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Proven experience with HR operations, employee relations, and compliance in diverse global environments. Skills: Strong understanding of international labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and cultures. Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis to inform decision-making. Additional Requirements: Ability to travel internationally as needed (up to 20%). Multilingual proficiency is a plus, especially in Spanish, Portuguese, or other relevant languages for the regions.
