What the Job Involves As a Senior Business Support Officer (Finance), you will manage and distribute financial information to support effective service delivery for children’s services. Your responsibilities include providing financial projections, assisting with procurement, maintaining information systems, analyzing performance data, overseeing the Finance Team, and ensuring compliance with County policies. You will handle FOI requests, manage the Direct Payment System, liaise with the Service Accountancy Team, and maintain good relationships with external agencies. Additionally, you will support health and safety management, participate in project work, and ensure services adhere to Equal Opportunities practices.
