Level 2 Teaching Assistant – SEMH Provision
Location: Burnley
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Long-term
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students in a SEMH provision in Burnley. You will help students overcome barriers to learning, providing tailored support to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with SEMH needs in the classroom and during activities
2. Assist with behavioural management and promote positive behaviour
3. Work alongside teachers to deliver personalised learning
4. Provide one-on-one and small group support
About You:
1. Experience working with SEMH students
2. A passion for supporting children and removing barriers to learning
3. Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
