Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our clients accounting team. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the auditing process of our clients financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance financial controls and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing a varied portfolio of clients
2. Preparing and reviewing audit plans and work
3. Managing audit financials including budgets
4. Maintaining a high technical and professional standard
5. Thinking strategically about clients' needs by understanding their business and key risks
6. Delivering a high-quality audit service
7. Assisting in the execution of regulatory and statutory audits
8. Reviewing accounts preparation and corporate tax computations
9. Coaching, training and developing auditing staff
10. Supporting on ad hoc assignments for new and existing clients
The ideal candidate:
1. Must be ACCA or ACA-qualified
2. Must have practical audit and accounts experience gained in a firm of accountants
3. Be computer literate
4. Passion for developing others
5. Confident in a client-facing role
6. Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
