The Role: Business Development Executive
The Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Location: Hassocks
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 - Plus commission
Job Role
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for the clients Telecoms.
2. Generate leads through effective prospecting, networking, and building strong customer relationships.
3. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
4. Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.
5. Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Candidate Requirements
1. Experience in a sales telco environment
2. Self motivated
3. Proficient in CRM softwares
4. Good telephonic manner
