The Opportunity As a full-time Senior ITSM Tooling Developer/Technical Consultant, you will be working as part of a Mozaic team alongside senior client representatives and ITSM platform vendors.
Your role will be to lead on significant ITSM and ESM tooling implementations reporting to the Head of Tooling.
This is a hybrid position with a combination of working from home, client sites across the UK, as well as from our central London office.
Skills and Experience (You will need to evidence relevant work through explicit references and examples.) Expert level installation, configuration and support experience of ITSM Tooling solutions (this may include any of the leading platforms such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, BMC and Halo) Strong understanding of ITIL concepts including process knowledge in all service lifecycles (ITIL advanced certifications are preferred, at least ITIL v3 foundation.) Experience with integrating ITSM tools with external interfaces Experience with infrastructure and application discovery tools Comprehensive knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design and programming techniques Strong understanding and experience in integrations including SOAP and REST bases APIs Personal Attributes Excellent consulting, stakeholder management skills
- strong verbal and written communication Experience in working as part of a development team, as well as working on your own to deliver complex installations of the toolkit Experience of the agile methodologies: e.g.
epics, user stories, product backlog refinement, supporting sprints etc.
