Main Responsibilities
* Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, work in the in-store bakery, and ensure a great shopping experience.
* Collaborate with Colleagues: Support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Maintain Store Standards: Keep shelves stocked, ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Introduce New Products and Services: Make changes feel natural, share experiences with colleagues for collective growth.
* Serve the Local Community: Participate in activities and events that support our community.
