Job Summary
We are seeking new permanent Support Workers to join us in West Wickham, BROMLEY. You would ideally be required to live in close proximity to these services.
In order to accept a permanent contract, you would need to have the right to work in the UK and be fully flexible with your hours to work a range of shifts.
For these roles you are required to have previous proven care experience and a full UK driving licence

18. To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
19. To develop daily living skills.
20. Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships
21. To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
22. To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
23. Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
24. A full, manual driving licence is essential
