The Role
Working as part of a busy office you will assist the Business Manager in ensuring the SEND Assessment Service fulfils its statutory duties both effectively and efficiently. This will include providing advice regarding the EHC Needs Assessment process and the Annual Review process to the users of the SEND Assessment Service.
About You
You will be a first point of contact for parents and professionals and as such you will need to develop and maintain positive working relationships. You will respond appropriately to the needs of colleagues and customers and be able to work as part of a team. You will have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads, ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
