Job Description Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager Location: St Andrews, Fife Contract: Permanent, Full-time Our absolute focus is delivering a personalised, luxury experience to all guests, building relationships and anticipating their every need. As Housekeeping Operations Manager you will assist the Executive Housekeeper with the day-to-day running of the Housekeeping department. A little bit about what you will be doing: Provide a friendly and efficient service through effective recruitment, induction, training and development policies as measured by low turnover, high guest satisfaction Ensure everything is in line with Standard Operating Procedures Assist with all staff training, to ensure all staff deliver a superior cleaning service in rooms and all public areas to standards lay down by Executive Housekeeper To check rooms and public areas daily, complete any cleaning duties as necessary Coordinate all staff training, keep records up to date and make sure staff attend all relevant training courses All equipment used by associates is checked and cleaned regularly
