Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing information about services, availability, and pricing.
Schedule and confirm appointments for guests, ensuring accurate booking details and avoiding conflicts.
Maintain and update client records in the spa’s management system.
Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
Provide clients with information about spa services, promotions, and products.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
