Job summary – What to expect: As the Global Customer Logistics PMO Intern of our Global Customer Logistics Team, you will spend time supporting the various areas of the team to provide breadth of experience and additional skills and resource where the team needs it. These areas include: Distribution and Packaging Operations Supply Chain Operations Commercial Data and Business Intelligence Operational Change Management You will: Take full and direct responsibility to support and manage all aspects of assigned project activities from initial stages through to completion. Ensure adherence to the GCL project lifecycle and respective governance documents. Support the PMO team to ensure projects run on time and budget. Maintain and regularly update project information in SharePoint. Work with commercial functions to understand operational processes. Process mapping and documentation. Regular reporting of project KPIs and metrics. About you: We are looking for a strong team player with an analytical mindset, who is naturally curious to seek out the ‘what’ as well as the ‘why’. The ideal candidate would have high computer literacy (MS Office) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is important that the candidate can work in a fast-paced environment and can work under deadlines. We are looking for someone who is: Methodical and organized. Able to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively. Detail oriented and proactive. Education: Currently undertaking an undergraduate degree in Customer Logistics / International Business or a closely related degree, and plan on pursuing a career in a related field.
