Document Controller - Part time position (3 days per week) Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in document control within the construction or engineering sectors? Our client, a leading contractor based in Wembley, is seeking a skilled Document Controller to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documents, ensuring accurate control and distribution of files. Support the project team with document control processes, including uploading, updating, and archiving. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for documentation. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate document submissions and approvals. Provide administrative support, including creating reports and updating records. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably within construction, engineering, or related industries. Proficient in document management software (e.g., Aconex, Viewpoint, or similar). Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organisational and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
