HR Advisor required to join a growing and established organisation. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. The annual salary will be £37,000. There may be some negotiation on this depending on experience.
This is a HR generalist role, working within a small team, and a team player is crucial. All of the HR team, irrelevant of job title are trained to cover payroll and work together to ensure a proactive approach to HR.
A candidate with 2-3 years HR experience, and Level 5 CIPD qualification is ideal. A confident communicator is vital due to the nature of the business, and the variety of stakeholders. A candidate with excellent data utilising a HR system experience is essential.
Duties:
Support the recruitment process
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain up-to-date employee records
Ensure employee data is processed and retained
Utilise systems and tools to support employee engagement
Provide adhoc reports, data, and insights to HR Manager
Proactively manage absence across the company and liaise with managers to support proactive management of absence and wellbeing
Provide guidance to managers on attendance, policies, and procedures
Oversee HR inbox and respond to employee and third-party queries
Support initiatives related to health, safety, and employee wellbeing
Manage right-to-work expiration alerts and escalate issues as needed
Maintain and update HR systems
Work closely with the Payroll Officer to ensure accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls
