The Opportunity Capgemini is seeking a Vice President level executive to be accountable for group-wide HR products / platforms rollout and associated global services management. Includes maintaining service delivery levels, improvements and transformation. This person will be responsible for primarily 2 areas – HR Tech roadmap implementation working closely with respective HR functions & Product SMEs. It involves hands-on HR Tech implementation, programs management & and processes. They will also be responsible for the orchestration of services, which are being delivered in an integrated multi-channel manner. It also includes maintaining & Improving service levels for all HR tech platforms, driving efficiencies and enhancing employee experience. The candidate should have a pragmatic and innovative mindset; the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can align and improve our HR Operations vision, but more importantly someone who can drive execution of that vision in a concrete manner leading to tangible business outcomes. The role demands a high level of collaboration, strong appetite to drive change and data orientation. Additional Responsibilities Include: Identify & implement opportunities for utilization, automation, intelligent solutions – working closely with Capgemini Business services Deliver product enhancements and integrations leveraging various technologies working closely with Capgemini IT team Participate in HR Tech Change control, configuration principles & prioritizations boards Establish HR Technology functional roadmap and process blue-prints Develop strong knowledge management Monitor service levels, improve SLAs through various levers and focus on efficiency gains year on year Planning / alignment with Group Business continuity strategy for shared HR services Our Ideal Candidate He/She/They should have 15-25 years of experience in HR Technology and shared services role. The candidate should possess Extensive background in HR Technology product Implementation & shared services Strong HR functional knowledge, Global & local rollout customizations and support experience Have built/participated in HR technology functional / functional roadmaps Strong background in HR transformation, process optimizations, measurements and improvements (through simplification, automation, intelligent solutions etc) Strong Experience in service delivery and business continuity – esp managing SLAs, improvements, reporting dashboards Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading a team of specialists across different regions, countries, and entities & running outsourced operations Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing through a high degree of change and innovation Aware of complexities associated with laws, policies, and regulations across multiple regions and geographies in order to ensure organizational compliance A positive, results oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done Willing to travel across locations on need basis for stakeholder meetings, implementation / localization workshops About Your Career When you join Capgemini, you don’t just start a new job.
