Apr Rate Increase:
* Class 1 - PAYE Adv - £16.20 (basic) - £18.80 (nights) - £21.15 (OT)
* Class 2 - PAYE Adv - £15.20 (basic) - £17.90 (nights) - £19.75 (OT)
* 7.5t - PAYE Adv - £14.55 (basic) - £17.90 (nights) - £18.75 (OT)
