This role will primarily be responsible for building format-specific content strategies, co-leading the Global Content Organization's (GCO) intake process in Europe, evaluating inbound opportunities, proactively developing and green-lighting new series and leading partnerships with music festival promoters. This role partners closely across the Amazon Music organization and accelerates goals by developing bar-raising programs which define and deliver on KPIs critical to achieving GCO's vision. Key job responsibilities - Developing mechanisms to scale GCO's initiatives and facilitate the development of new formats and more content - Use their deep knowledge of core global content business objectives to develop program-level strategies - Drive business and senior leadership reviews of this strategy and aligning cross-functional teams toward this vision to effectively drive GCO's business objectives. - Lead negotiations and partnerships with festival promoters, including the management of cross-functional stakeholders - In partnership with the Data and Insights team, develop strategic program-level readout documents which outline content performance vs. ingoing objectives and develop forward-looking recommendations - Define and oversee cross-channel content strategy and execution for priority programs, including: KPI definition and optimization, SOP definition for execution, experimentation plan and results analysis, reporting mechanisms, best practices documentation, playbooks definition and sharing. - Manage program-level budget - Partner with global teams to share best practices and develop strategies for localization About the team Amazon Music's Global Content Organization is responsible for creating, developing and delivering creatively bar-raising music-driven video content, including livestreams and pre-recorded formats which live across Amazon Owned and Operated channels.
