We are now looking for an apprentice to join us in supervising and managing our projects. The Role : We are now looking to recruit a level 4 apprentice Site Supervisor who has the intelligence, drive, and appetite to progress their career and gaining a qualification. We are happy to consider a recent school leaver, or someone with construction experience wishing to develop their career further and gain a formal qualification in construction. As a site supervisor, you will be involved in a range of construction and management activities. The role will require the successful candidate to liaise with the Site Manager, Building Director, and Technical Manager, progressing the site, working and liaising with our Contractors to insure the project is delivered to the right standards and on program. The successful candidate will also be required to attend online courses as part of their studies. The role will be based at our different sites across North London (Haringey, Barnet, Enfield) as well as in our Head Office in Finchley. Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.30pm. Key Responsibilities: Manage site operations Liaison and supervision of all sub-contract trades Taking site deliveries Carry out Health and Safety duties Report any issues and give site updates to senior management. Take part in ensuring drawings and specifications are being worked to and that standards of work comply with Building Control and NHBC requirements Prepare weekly site reports for senior management Attend design team / project meetings Attend sub-contractor pre-commencement meetings Keep photographic diary as work progresses Work closely with design team to refine construction details / specification Requirements: GCSE Grade 4 (or C) or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent Qualifications Good IT skills Excellent attention to details Willing to learn and able to follow instructions Ability to carry heavy load, up to 25kg Ability to walk around construction sites and climb scaffolding A full clean driving license Excellent communication and problem-solving skills The Company provides excellent training and long-term career development opportunities ADZN1_UKTJ
