Smart Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning training provider, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Assessor within the Health and Social Care sector to join their business on a permanent contract, who will be delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners.\n\nHours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 4.30pm (Flexibility)\n\nCore Duties of the Assessor – Health & Social Care:\n\n * Providing a quality learning experience and journey\n\n * Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.\n\n * Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets\n\n * Occupational competence and delivering apprenticeships experience\n\nEssential Requirements for the Assessor – Health & Social Care include:\n\n * Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector and apprenticeship delivery\n\n * Experience of Work Based Learning\n\n * Experience of Award Body practices Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards CAVA Qualification or equivalent qualification, ESW Communication and Application of Number Level 2.\n\n * NVQ delivery experience of Health & Social Care routes\n\n * Assessor qualification or equivalent and assessing experience\n\n * Ability to work remotely\n\n * Ability to speak Welsh desirable\n\n * Full driving license and use of own vehicle\n\nBenefits of the Role:\n\n * An attractive starting salary of £23,920 - £28,000 DOE\n\n * Contributory Pension Scheme\n\n * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n\n * Life Assurance\n\n * Personal development and career opportunities\n\n * Employee benefits package\n\n * Travel expenses and business mileage
