Heating Services Coordinator - 12 month fixed term contract

Salary: £29,977 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Heating Services Team Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract. You’ll join the heating services team to carry out resourcing and scheduling to all our heating engineers across our business operating areas.
What you’ll be doing
As a heating services coordinator, you’ll be allocating and scheduling works to our engineers by way of automated appointment systems, ensuring the engineers are fully employed at all times. This includes heating repair requests and heating services to ensure the organisation remains compliant.
Working in conjunction with the operational teams, you’ll ensure that priorities are met and resources are utilised to optimum efficiency.
About you
You’ll need to be educated to GCSE Standard (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths and have proven, previous administrative experience in a commercial business environment.
Through your application, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience of administrative duties such as making appointments, document management, and dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers in a professional manner with excellent customer service.
You’ll be confident with your IT knowledge and will have experience using our customer databases.
The team likes to have a working together day in Devizes on a monthly basis, so you'll be happy to travel to Devizes.
