About the Role - They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team. It’s a role that sits at the heart of the company and what they are known best for. You will use creativity and logic to produce social strategies that add value to clients. The digital landscape will be your playground, specifically across multiple social media platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute social media content plans.
2. Work collaboratively with internal teams.
3. Build and execute multi-channel social campaigns.
4. Community management across various platforms.
5. Analyze campaigns and prepare reports on their effectiveness.
6. Plan and set up paid campaigns.
Required Skills
1. Solid knowledge of Social Media Management with a portfolio to back it up.
2. Solid knowledge of multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
3. Good analytical skills with the ability to break down campaign data to prepare reports.
4. Good knowledge of scheduling and reporting software (Hootsuite, SproutSocial, etc.).
5. Good understanding of how to set up and manage paid campaigns.
6. Experience working with Influencers is a huge bonus but not essential.
7. Experience in an agency environment is a huge bonus but not essential.
Pay Range and Compensation Package - This role offers a great salary and benefits package with a hybrid working element (2 days a week in the office - 3 days during probation).
