Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Experience leading engineering teams, providing technical guidance, dealing with blockers, and mentoring junior developers.
* Hands-on development experience in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
* Proven experience working on the full end-to-end lifecycle of software projects.
* Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices.
* Desirable skills include a TDD mindset, BDD experience, and solutions architecture certification in AWS.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and the wider team.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation to be in the office near Guildford two days a week. You will focus on one of our premier SaaS platforms, a billing and money management software specifically designed for telecommunication companies, internet service providers, and managed service providers. With over 200 of the UK's largest communications providers already on board, our company is at a critical stage of growth as we scale and enhance our product to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
We offer a maximum salary of £95,000, along with a NEST pension, private healthcare, and life insurance of four times your salary. You will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and our standard working hours are from 09:00 to 17:30. Our interview process consists of two stages: a technical assessment to be completed at home and a subsequent 90-minute face-to-face interview at our office.
