Main duties of the job
* RMN with NMC registration
* ENB 998 or teaching equivalent
* Dip/BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing, Social Work or Occupational Therapy
* Evidence of further post registration education and training or equivalent teaching and assessing qualification.
* Recognised training in teaching/mentorship/supervision.
* Act as lead nurse for a defined group of patients and liaises with the primary/associate nurses to ensure a consistent approach to delivering care.
* Act as the charge nurse for the unit, organising clinics if required, data collection as required and provide a holistic care approach to the clients.
* Enter and maintain records using electronic and paper-based systems.

Pay Rate: Day £20.36 per hour, Sat/Nights £25.45 per hour, Sun/Bank Hols £30.54 per hour
Contract length: Ongoing full-time Long term, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

* Experience of developing and maintaining effective links with external agencies to enhance patient care.
* Experience of writing reports and acting as an advocate for service users.
* Experience of conducting appraisals and personal development planning and of providing feedback in a constructive way.
