About the role:
The School of Medicine & Dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and solution-focused individual to join our dynamic dedicated team. The postholder will collaborate with the School’s Strategic Lead for Workbased Learning to have oversight of and recruit clinical placements; conduct quality management and evaluation of clinical placements and work-based learning environments and provide support and training where necessary.
About you:
You will have experience and understanding of work-based learning in undergraduate education, and an excellent track record of building and sustaining internal and external relationships. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work independently are essential. Applicants will be educated to undergraduate degree level.

Applicants must meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston with attendance at Burnley campus; occasional travel to Westlakes campus in Cumbria; and across our clinical placement footprint will be required.
