7days Performance is one of the leading, fastest growing raffle sites in the UK & are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
1. Scheduling & creating competitions on the website - This includes data entry, specification collection & schedule management.
2. Providing information and support to customers about products, website navigation, raffle logistics etc.
3. Working and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth processes are maintained.
4. Working with the senior team to improve working and process efficiency.
5. Manage day to day customer communication surrounding safe playing.
6. Ensure AML & GDPR policies are maintained & enforced.
7. Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements
1. Previous experience with compliance policies.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Resolve relevant customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
7. Passionate about being part of a high performing team and learning about a new industry.
8. Knowledge of cars and other vehicles is preferred.
