Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the in-house agencys client services and operations team, ensuring consistent year-over-year expansion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders, marketing teams, and external partners.
* Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality project execution within scope and budget.
* Oversee resourcing, capacity planning, and team recruitment, fostering a high-performing and motivated environment.
Skills & Experience
* 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
* Proven track record of working with both global and local markets.
* Background in FMCG or related industries is advantageous.
* Proven experience managing TTL (Through The Line) campaigns.
* Experience working with an in-house agency or strong integrated agency background.
* Strong ability to drive change, implement new processes, and inspire teams.
Salary & Benefits
