Contract: 6 months (Start 18/11/24)
Clearance: SC (Security Clearance) required prior to start
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri (8 hours/day)

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software applications; manage user accounts and permissions.
User Assistance: Promptly respond to service tickets and user inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities and resolutions within the helpdesk system.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support across the company.
