We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site teams performing first and second fix electrical installations. This role involves coordinating projects, conducting site surveys, preparing estimates for small jobs, and identifying new business opportunities within FM. The successful candidate will ensure the commercial performance of the electrical FM department while supporting the training and development of engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage on-site electrical teams across commercial projects and FM contracts.
Oversee first and second fix electrical installations, ensuring high-quality work and compliance with regulations.
Conduct site surveys, identify new opportunities, and prepare estimates for minor works.
Drive the commercial performance of the electrical FM department and identify training opportunities for engineers.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
Perform electrical testing, fault finding, and remedial works as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Work with containment systems and distribution boards as necessary.Key Areas of WorkPower distribution systems

Containment and cabling installationsCandidate RequirementsGold Card (JIB Approved)
City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (preferred)
Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
Minimum three years' supervisory experience, with a desire for career progression into direct management
Strong commercial site experience working as the main contractor or subcontractor
Ability to multi-task across projects and FM tasks with a problem-solving approach
Proven ability to identify and support staff training and development while maintaining high standards
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
