YOUR ROLE:
As a Financial Accountant, youll be a key player in managing statutory accounts, tax compliance, and payroll, while also supporting business growth and efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ao"ï Preparing individual and consolidated statutory accounts and liaising with auditors.
Ao"ï Managing VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, and international tax compliance .
Ao"ï Overseeing payroll, including Managers payroll .
Ao"ï Developing sustainability reporting .
Ao"ï Supporting budgeting and financial planning .
Ao"ï Proactively enhancing the companys core business system (Business Central/Nav) .
Ao"ï Leading process improvements and ad:hoc financial projects .

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
We need someone with:
Ao"ï ICAEW/ACCA qualification with post:qualification experience.
Ao"ï Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge .
Ao"ï Experience with statutory accounts, VAT, PAYE, and Corporation Tax .
Ao"ï A proactive mindset : always looking for ways to improve processes .
Ao"ï The ability to balance attention to detail with a big:picture perspective .
Ao"ï Great communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
