You'll be at the forefront of: Shaping whole-setting approaches Pioneering early identification and intervention strategies creating a place-based model for addressing diverse therapy needs Core Training Offer Our core training offer is a vital part of our local offer, designed to: Educate, coach, and upskill adults who work with children and young people (CYP) Focus on improving occupational performance and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) Empower the community to better support our CYP's development and well-being As a key member of our team, you will lead on the following critical activities: Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders. Training Program Development: Create innovative and comprehensive training materials tailored to our parents/families, educational settings, and team around the CYP needs. Training Coordination: Manage logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure smooth program execution. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners and participants to maximize program impact. Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the quality and effectiveness of training.
