Forming part of the SYNLAB Group, Lextox operates as a UKAS accredited laboratory situated in Cardiff. Lextox specialise in and provide drug, alcohol and DNA testing services for family law cases and childcare proceedings. SYNLAB in the UK is a trusted expert in clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Client Manager to join our expanding Sales team in Cardiff. You will be responsible for meeting clients’ requirements and proactively managing client relationships to enable company growth.
Hours: 35hrs a week, Monday – Friday / plus travel and outside hours as required to attend conferences and large client visits. Initially office based for the first six months, with the potential for hybrid working thereafter.
The Role:
* Contributing to revenue growth in a designated territory to achieve the budgeted target.
* Providing advice and support to the Lextox clients by interpreting court codes, advice on cut off levels & drug types.
* Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, sample collectors & the wider business.
* Actively participating in handling and resolving client requests via telephone, email and website, recording all activity on the CRM system.
* Engaging in proactive calls to existing (85%) & prospect (15%) clients in order to create partnerships / increased revenue.
* Actively striving to improve quality and always enhance client experience.
What we’re looking for:
* Ability to identify client requirements & effectively organise & prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Adaptable, flexible and innovative approach to work.
* Proficient in IT/Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Sales / Account Management experience.
