The Role
:
As a Parts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing team performance and overall team management.
Duties:
1. Conducting team training, both manufacturer-provided and in-house.
2. Taking sales orders from customers, both in person and over the phone.
3. Controlling stock for vehicle parts and accessories.
4. Maintaining an organised stock room.
5. Raising invoices for parts sold.
6. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the correct stock is available at the right time.
7. Liaising with brand partners to meet all standards, including accessory standards.
8. Monitoring stock levels and managing the re-order process for essential items.
9. Tracking and reporting department KPIs, striving to exceed targets.
10. Conducting sales forecasting and budgeting.
11. Identifying and maximising additional sales opportunities.
Requirements:
12. Previously worked as a Parts Manager or in a similar role.
13. Ideally have experience in the motor trade.
14. Strong technical awareness or understanding of cars and their parts.
15. Strong organisational and management skills.
16. Ability to learn and utilise specialist computer-based systems.
17. Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Shifts:
18. Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
19. Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:30pm
