NHS Shared Business Services are seeking an Engagement Support Manager to join our Integrated Care Services procurement team. This role will support the Commercial Advisors in building client relationships and encouraging collaborative partnerships across NHS Trusts and ICS areas to drive the growth and identify opportunities for service lines. You will help develop a cohesive client-facing approach by ensuring coordination, ensuring full transparency in engagement efforts and progress on potential opportunities. This flexible hybrid role allows remote work with quarterly in-person team meetings in Leeds or Salford, plus client site visits as needed to strengthen relationships. If you think this role could be for you, we want to hear from you What you will be doing: Developing regional approaches and define Engagement Strategies along side the Engagement team. Identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for synergy in client relationships. Preparing for, attending and minute taking at Client facing meetings, with Commercial Advisors, as required. Processing all client enquires according to the agreed service level and documentation. Networking and building relationships with colleagues whilst showing respect to other team members and their contributions. Clarifying problems and needs, providing timely information when required, and maintaining willingness, clarity, and integrity. What you will bring: Experience in a Junior Sales/Account Executive role with client-facing exposure. Proficient in compiling, analysing, and communicating information at a strategic level. Ability to work autonomously under pressure, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with senior-level collaborators and team collaboration. Excellent presentation, leadership, and influencing skills, with a degree-level education.
