This role involves responding to service and maintenance requests for a wide variety of clients, ranging from high street independents to national brands. Your work will be essential in maintaining the performance and quality of coffee equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties: Perform a wide range of repair and preventative maintenance tasks on coffee equipment, ensuring all machinery is left in excellent working condition. Set up equipment according to specifications to ensure consistent coffee quality and aim for a first-time fix. Coordinate with the central call centre, taking instructions and providing regular updates to keep customers informed. Follow on-site procedures, including introducing yourself to the site manager and adhering to all Health and Safety protocols. Complete all necessary online documentation, including job sheets and time sheets, before leaving each site. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working order, reporting any issues to your line manager. Manage and replenish spare parts inventory using a hand-held unit. Requirements: Strong understanding of coffee quality and coffee equipment. Robust problem-solving skills with an electrical/mechanical background. Excellent customer service skills. Computer literate with a clean driving license. Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location, and hours, including 1 in 4 weekends.
