We're looking for a Digital Learning Manager to join us You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of creation, development, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of a digital learning solutions for our Supply Chain and Service Operations. This position will be home based, although travel to our main distribution hubs in Newark, Bolton, Bristol and London as well as our sites across the UK will be part of the role. Role overview: As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: Developing training material, using a variety of authoring tools and hosts on our digital learning platforms, making it accessible to all colleagues and supporting the training and development team to deliver fit for purpose digital and blended learning solutions. Taking ownership of establishing and managing Third Party Suppliers to deliver solutions as part of our overall business strategy to enhance colleague experience. Continually reviewing and updating eLearning content, training content and materials to ensure they are current and reflect business needs. Upskilling and supporting the wider SC&SO training and development team to ensure fit for purpose learning interventions are created. Lead and/or work as part of project teams to establish appropriate training solutions and managing the development and delivery of new training and digital projects. You will need: Extensive experience within digital learning and a passion for continuous development and improvement, in addition to prior experience of administering and maintaining learning management systems and other platforms. Experience of using the following or similar software: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate Replay. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting deadlines. Experience managing Third Party Suppliers and building and maintaining relationships. Brilliant writing and editing skills, with proven ability to write a range of materials in different contexts, in a range of styles. Expert/advanced user of MS Office. CIPD Learning and Development or equivalent qualification. Digital learning/software qualifications or equivalent. We know our people are the secret to our success.
