The Role
The Role Within Account Management
You’ll be responsible for running multiple projects with day-to-day contact with clients.
Each Account Management team has an allocated list of clients/projects to manage, with each team headed by a Group Account Director.
You will be working under the UX Project Director on multiple interactive user-experience projects which you are accountable for, from taking brief to completion; on time and within budget. This involves costing, briefing and co-ordinating projects successfully via our artwork, CGI, web, and UX departments with daily support from future UX Project Handlers.
Basic Requirements Include:
1. Being a trusted Company brand ambassador who can meet client expectations efficiently and cost-effectively.
2. Co-managing alongside the Account Manager to build strong client relationships.
3. Developing an understanding of assigned client’s brand and market.
4. Checking that all emails and calls are dealt with appropriately.
5. Attending regular meetings to discuss upcoming UX projects.
6. Taking accountability of UX projects which aligns with the scope defined by the client.
7. Briefing and managing projects through the creative departments, encouraging artists, designers, and artworkers to do their best work under deadline.
8. Proofreading and checking against technical plans to ensure all work is accurate.
9. Accurately providing feedback and support to future UX Project Handlers.
10. Demonstrating a broad awareness of the wider picture and accurately reporting to the UX Project Director on launches and upcoming projects, sharing proposed project budgets and timelines.

You will be working with a variety of clients, so you will need to be organised with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively. Your attention to detail will also be second to none.
