Confident Sales & Customer Service Administrator required for a busy distribution company based in Brierley Hill, looking at a January start working on a 13 week temp to perm contract The purpose of the role is to dela with all incoming orders and queries from existing customers Some main duties to include Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers Taking and processing sales orders by phone, fax and email Answering all incoming enquires on process, products Advising on order progresses and deliveries Customer complaint handling and offering returns/refunds All general office and admin duties The right candidate must Be experienced in a sales role, ideally Sales Admin or order processing Be confident and professional talking over the phone Able to work in a busy sales department Have a Bubbly, confident personality The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.25am - 4.45pm Weekly pay Salary Negotiable – Up to £22,000pa
