You’ll be great at building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external. Working with the Heart of the Dales project team and property team, you'll lead on their development and ensure exceptional delivery of the project aims.Working closely with the General Manager, Heart of the Dales Project Manager, Estate Manager and Property Leadership Team, you’ll build confidence and capability working with communities, through coaching, training and workshops. You’ll gather case studies to share best practice and developing guidance and resources to help teams to engage with communities. You’ll use community mapping and data to guide your planning and to influence others.
